Ask Jamal is a buyer-side property matching service based in Dubai. Jamal helps serious buyers find verified distressed property opportunities by screening listings against DLD transaction data and buyer criteria. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your choices are.

2. What information Jamal collects

When you fill in the criteria form on this website, Jamal collects:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your WhatsApp number (if you provide it)
• Your budget and property preferences
• Target areas in Dubai
• Your buying purpose and timeline
• Anything you write about what makes a good deal for you

Some information is also collected automatically:

• IP address — used briefly for security and to limit abusive form submissions.
• Cookies and device data — only if you accept them via the cookie banner. See section 4.

3. How Jamal uses your information

Jamal uses your form details only to screen and match your criteria against verified distressed property opportunities in Dubai, and to contact you about matches. Jamal does not sell or rent your personal data.

With your consent, Jamal also uses analytics and advertising cookies to understand how visitors use this website and to measure whether its advertising works (for example, whether an ad click led to a form submission).

4. Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools use cookies to measure website traffic and advertising performance.

5. Who Jamal shares your data with

Jamal shares your contact details with a licensed agent or seller-side contact only after a verified match is found and you approve the introduction. Jamal never shares your details with agents before you give approval.

Like almost every website, Jamal also relies on a small number of service providers that process data on Jamal's behalf:

• GoHighLevel — the CRM that securely receives and stores your form submission.
• Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) — analytics and advertising measurement, only with your cookie consent. When you submit the criteria form, a hashed (irreversible) version of your email and phone number may also be sent to Google Ads to more accurately measure whether an ad led to your submission.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Upstash — security service that limits abusive form submissions.
• CookieYes — manages the cookie consent banner and records your consent choice.

These providers may process data on servers outside the UAE (for example in the EU or the United States). They act under contracts that restrict what they can do with the data.

6. How long Jamal keeps your data

Jamal keeps your information as long as needed to process your matching request. If you do not confirm a match within a reasonable time, or if you ask Jamal to delete your data, it will be removed. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings and is not tied to your form submission.

7. Your rights

You can ask Jamal to:

• Tell you what data Jamal has about you
• Correct any wrong information
• Delete your data
• Stop processing your data for a particular purpose

You can also withdraw your cookie consent at any time via the Cookie Policy page. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
