1. What Jamal does

Ask Jamal is a buyer-side property matching service. Jamal screens Dubai property listings against buyer criteria using DLD transaction data, seller-pressure signals, and availability checks. When a verified match is found, Jamal introduces you to the licensed agent or seller-side contact handling that property.

2. What Jamal does not guarantee

Submitting your criteria does not mean a match will be found. Jamal only matches when a verified opportunity meets your criteria. Not every submission leads to an introduction. Jamal does not guarantee investment returns, specific discounts, or that any property will still be available after it is confirmed.

3. How Jamal verifies deals

Jamal checks opportunities against DLD transaction data and availability signals. This verification is not legal, financial, or investment advice. You should always do your own independent checks before buying any property.

4. Your responsibility as a buyer

You are responsible for doing your own due diligence before any property transaction. Jamal is not a licensed real estate broker and does not give legal or financial advice. When Jamal introduces you to an agent, you handle the transaction directly with that agent.

5. Jamal is free for buyers

Jamal charges nothing to buyers for the matching service. There is no cost to submit your criteria and no cost to receive verified matches.

6. Changes to these terms

Jamal may update these terms at any time. By using this website, you accept the current version of the terms.
